1. What is the minimum order? Our minimum order is $100.00 USD.
2. What Region are the DVDs? DVDs are region free and can be playable worldwide.
3. Are your products new or used? All of our merchandise is Brand New we do not sell used merchandise.
4. How do we ship? We ship by UPS and USPS.

6. What is our return policy? We will replace all defective merchandise with the same merchandise within 30 days of purchase.
7. What if the shopping cart said no shipping was available? Please send us a quick e-mail from the Contact US Page and we will quote you the shipping cost.
8. What if a shipment is rejected at delivery? If the order was paid by credit card and the delivery is refused by the customer, then the customer will be charged for the shipping and 10% of the order total, the rest will be refunded to the card.
